Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex
The 2018 Orange Bowl Family Fun and Fit Day presented by Sunshine Health will be held at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex in Miami Gardens on Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Over 60 vendors will provide a variety of services and products including free health screenings, CPR and fitness instruction as well as interactive demonstrations. USA Football will also host a free youth football fundamentals clinic as well as a concussion seminar. The fair will address the health and medical needs of the South Florida community, encouraged youth and families to improve their eating habits and maintain a physically active lifestyle.
The event will feature live performances, activities for the entire family, music, games, raffle giveaways and various contests throughout the day.
